Maybe this sounds familiar to many of you. But as I was a very healthy guy AM FREAKING OUT!!!!!
In the morning I woke up pretty well but my pain and numbness in hands and feet, tingling and others starts at midmorning getting really bad in the afternoon/evening.
So any comments or suggestions will help me cope with the pain and will help me find the right treatment.
Just a quick note to say hi!
Hi got same problems its all a vicious circle. hand numbness wakes me up, was told by doc stressed people get it more. i got 2 herniated discs too surgery failed. long as we know we are all the same we will be fine and support each other, good luck, try to keep smiling i know its hard some days! best wishes x
Thank you for the response to my post. I am sorry for your pain, you are still kind of young for all of this. My doctor says that a lot of people start having chronic pain after 50. Plus, obviously you work which is hard I'm sure. About the shooting pains, I HATE THEM! I have carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrist and ever since then, the numbness is gone but I get shooting pains up my forearm, it's horrible! I have anxiety also. Take care!
