Hi, I was just wondering how you are doing? If you had the thyroidectomy surgery? My daughter was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma. They proceeded to take out her entire thyroid, then one year later they told her that she didnt have cancer at a re-check appointment and that she never did!! they removed her thyroid completely as well as 3 parathyroids and she has not been the same. I am wondering how you have made out? I wish you well, and hope that you are feeling good. my name is Mary, my email adress is mawa_1021***@****. I would love to hear from you. thank you.
Hi, I am also a texas mom and had my a partial thyroid removal due to a nodule. I just saw a ENT doctor and he confirmed I have a spit gland swollen. I am curious to see if you still have this problem. My email address is ***@****.
Sincerely,

Just a quick note to say hi! i would think it could mess with your emotions, it is a hormone. but i think that the "constant worrying" is a huge part of how one feels. i know people who, if they found a nodule, lump, etc, would continue on with life as if nothing was wrong, me on the other hand, finds it hard to cope with. I understand where u are coming from, even though you are doing other things, it is still in the back of your head constantly reminding you of "the what ifs". I hope you feel better, it is nice to have people to talk to that are going through the same thing. i find it therapeutic
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Glad to hear it.
Godspeed
