Just a quick note to say hi! Unfortunately, cramps and FMS seem to go hand in hand, especially after a time of lots of activity such as a vacation. I lead a pretty active life. I seem to keep severe cramps to a minimum. I take magnesium twice a day; one an hour before lunch and the other 2 hours after supper before bed. I also eat an egg, usually boiled, for leg cramps. My 80 year old Mum, who also has FMS suggested the egg. It seems to work.
