I've been diagnoised with bipolar disorder I, panic attacks, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and PTSD. I'm currently on disability, although I would love to go back to work, but my symptoms never seem to go into remission, even though I've been on
[More] a multitude of medication cocktails and continue weekly counseling. I haven't given up hope, but a lot of days are rough. I'm primarily on these forums to provide information, guidance, compassion and support to those that visit this site and in return gain a better understanding of my own disorders. My knowledge however, is limited to my own experiences and that which I have or can research. I hope that whatever information or suggestions I provide will be taken with my background in mind. I am not a doctor(although I met some that knew less than me) and I can't diagnois an individuals' specific symptoms. You're not going to find easy answers here and may not like what is said, but most of the individuals here are kind, compassionate and supportive and will help you in any way they can.
