In other news, i'm a generally healthy person who only suffers from occasional lactose and gluten intolerance as well as recently (1 year) becoming allergic to chocolate (oh the horrors, but they cause migraines) so why should I have such high anxiety over my health? who knows...i'm a worried well.
hi I read a post on how you used to weigt 200 and got down to 122.... I am 24 years old 5'4" and currently 178 (my highest weight was 190) and I've been hitting the gym hard but I've been stuck at 178 for quite a while..... it is hard for me to "eat right" all the time because I"m on the road a lot and it gets very expensive buying healthy food whereas it is inexpensive to buy a double cheeseburger (just an example I'm not a burger fan =p)..... I really love hearing stories like yours and thank you for posting your meal plan.... I'm going to try it out...
Its horrible to have anxiety,,have you been taking anything for it. I always tend to exagerate things way out of control my anxiety adds to the problem and the problem adds to my anxiety its a vicious cycle. I always think I have something and start dwelling on it to the point I get so physically sick I cant stand it. Paranoia surrounds me lol
