Please tell me the experienced surgeon at mass eye and ear who did your lens exchange. I have searched everywhere for a qualified doctor who does iol Explantation. I have an Alcon acrysof iq lens that has glistenings in it. Need to exchange and am very nervous about it. Thanks so much.
Hi, So glad it worked out for you, and you shared your doctor with me. I forgot how to communicate privately on this board. Yes, the problem gets worse and worse. I was able to get along for awhile b/c the left eye was not so bad. Now having the creepy realization that I could have postponed the whole thing. Really, if this is all about money, I would have paid just to NOT have this experience!
Just a quick note to say hi!
Grateful if you can let me know the difference in operated and unoperated eyes vision. I intend to go against the advice of doctor for second surgery for left eye but do not know how long can I endure. I feel the slight blurry vision of my left eye is more comfortable than the glareI suffer in my right operated eye. Thanks.
