Can you tell me how the Patupilone trial has worked for you? That drug looks promising IMO. Teresa

Thanks you are a beautiful friend, I sure was devastated, but I am not prepared to give up. I am sure there is still something else out there. I have been really tired today and can feel the aches and pains coming again, funny how it does go by the end of the week, then back again. My tummy was just so bloated last week, it seemed to come out as far as my boobs and believe me I am quite well endowed!!! Even the girls at work noticed it. So I am wondering if it is my Liver or Diaphragm! could be both as that is where this rotten thing attached itself too. As well as my lymph glands and bowel and heaven knows where else. I had a lovely long message from Doicat (Therese) who met up with Conqueror (Laurel) in Austin Texas. Said they had a lovely evening meal together. Love & hugs too, Dot xx

So pleased that you can have a lovely weekend with your family. Enjoy your time there. Glad you liked the emails. My chemo Topotecan is not working, CA125 has gone up to almost 3000, still to have one more go then back to see Oncologist. Such a bummer but I know there is something else up his sleeve. Felt a bit down after I left chemo. But having lunch with my brother and his wife always picks me up. He is a real character and we bounce off each other. Has always been my favorite brother and has over 9 years gone through now Prostate Cancer and he has done things the Drs said he would never do again after his op. A very hard worker, he is 73. Take care my dear friend, hope you are feeling okay being of the treatment for the month. A rest is as good as a holiday, Love & Hugs Dorothy

Seeing your name always brings a smile to my face! I hope you are doing well. What is the latest news? I am doing pretty well. I feel recovered from my surgery - it was a long winter - and everyday I am stronger and stronger. I started Doxil 3/23, had mild nausea that first week after. Today I feel good. My latest ca125 was 620, up from 611 more than 2 weeks ago. To me, this means the diet, vitamin C treatments, chemo and supplements are working. I hope you are feeling well. Please let me know.
