PS: the next time your docs tell you its just a panic attack you tell them to stick their head in a fishtank full of water and try not to panic when he cant breathe because thats how it feels. acid reflux will make it hard to breathe also. i take nexium and i go to my chiropractor. get checked for acid reflux AND subluxated ribs (which cant really be seen on an x-ray..just so the idiot docs know, they just hate chiropractors lol) go to the chiropractor to find out, not a regular doc they will try to steer you away from chiropractic help.
i have the same problem.. go to the chiropractor and ask about "subluxated ribs" ;) for me it can feel like ive gotten the wind knocked out of me and cant catch my breath back.. or like a vaccuum sucked all the air out of my lungs. feel better soon!!!
Hey im 17 years old and ive been having that breathing problem since i was 6 whre u know your breathing ur not weizing but u cant get air intoyour lungs n u get light headed n shaky. ive been to the doctor for it 4 times and they tell me its from stress alsoand like a panic attack...but i have chronic panic attacks and it jsut doesnt feel the same i gave up on going to the doctor cause they always say the same thing and i went last year..the docor said it was in my nerves and that i would hav eto get some kind of nerve ending surgery for it
Thank goodness someone with the same problem and lifestyle as me, when you breath in it does feel like your lungs are full and have to take another breath soon after? I went to the doctor last week, really good chat and he said it was stress but I'm not stressed unless I have this problem it's a vicious circle but one that you have to think mind over matter, apparently it's like a panic attack but we are able to control it to a certain degree, try breathing a couple of breaths through your nose but hold one nostril, you might end up looking a bit odd for a couple of mins but it helped me get some normality in breathing I really hope you feel netter soon
