Hey dear did u ever get an answer about the tea?I didn't see ur post. The capsules are going to be more potent. The tea will have to be consumed in a much larger amount. So it really depends on what you prefer. Both are going to absorb well. The tea actually is good to take throughout ur entire 3rd trimester. It strengthens ur uterus muscles like a workout. You should increase the amount as u get closer, but I get really annoyed with people who make comments on something they have no idea. If u have further questions I would be happy to answer.
