I actually get a lot of docs who are actively afraid to treat me because there's so much wrong and they don't want to make anything worse. The trouble is, I'm at the mercy of a teaching hospital's community program, so I don't get much say in who I see. But I can do blue light now and I can request a light box for xmas -- the stuff I read on treatment plan is sketchy enough and "experiment and see what happens" enough that I might be fine doing this myself.
But it would be weird to sleep on a consistent schedule. It's probably been 20 years or more. Thanks so much for the info!
Dude, it has a name? Sleep problems are a symptom of a number of my health problems, so they've never given me a specific name for this, but I just googled it and that fits exactly. Thank you! I'll ask my doc next time I see her.
