please help me. I read a post of yours where u said u were given 10 grams of solumedrol for your MS. Same here, and I have been hospitalized twice since taking that much. Something is seriously wrong- I'm shaky, have high blood pressure, my chest hurts, my potassium was low, depression, severe pain, etc. My email is ***@**** I believe I have steroid poisoning and wanted to know more about your experience. Thank you so much. -Tiffany
I haven't talked to you in forever!!! Sorry if I have missed posts on the forum
I just wanted to say hi and wish you happy holidays :)

Sorry for the delayed response to your question. You asked if I have any cognitive issues due to my brainstem lesion. I don't have any major problems, but have noticed the occasional problems finding the right word I mean to say, or saying one word when I mean another (yesterday I said "mushroom" when I meant to say "moustache," that type of thing). I also can find it hard to concentrate sometimes; I haven't been able to read a novel from start to finish in ages, I can find myself re-reading the same section over and over but distraction takes over. I don't know if these things are primary symtoms of my MS, ie: directly caused by lesions, or secondary, due to the whole psychological matter of dealing with a chronic illness. I plan to raise it w/ my neuro next week, to get his take.
