You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today.
Haven't seen you around for a long time, are you okay?

Praying things improve for you quickly. I have sometimes been in deep despair, and have discovered there is always hope. You are not alone.
At 75 yrs of age I can assure you that you will get better ~ it may take time/even drugs, but it's essential not to give up hope. Been down the suicide route & almost gave up on life, but with a loving wife's help/drugs/CBT etc I'm still here after c.20 yrs of severe anxiety/depression. Keeping active's a big plus, but not always easy to feel motivated enough to move. If you can identify the cause you're halfway to solving your issues. If not, just give yourself hope that things WILL GET Better.
Anyone that's got these conditions knows what hell they can feel like. But they will pass. No one's happy all the time. But sometimes it does seem that happiness is gone forever ~ not so. Good Luck, Gofio
