Thanks for the update.Getting this right can be a frustrating process. I'm glad to hear you got tested to check on the effectiveness of the device. If you get a chance, let me know what the dentist says. Can you refresh my memory on why you have chosen to not use cpap? I quit using it at one time, but ended up going back. I got a lot of help on the cpap forum cpaptalk. Most there are strong cpap advocates, and only a few have found dental devices alone or surgery to be adequate. But there are some bipap gurus there that could be supportive if you ever decide to go that route. If you were needing a bipap due to high pressure needs, I'd be surprised if any other options are totally effective. Whatever you do, I wish you health and good sleep.
