I wanted to tell you I feel guilty about things I did wrong too when I was ill. I usually ruminated and rehash the things that I did. I heard on TV (on the show House, plus I researched on line) that guilt feelings are usually the result of a vitamin B12 deficiency. My doctor at one time told me that I was deficient in B12. When I start taking the B12 vitamin and/or eating foods with it, such as cereal, the guilt feelings subside a lot. I hope that can help you feel better.
