Strongyloidiasis (thread worms), a parasite that can show in urine, mucous and stool samples. Self re-infects by being coughed up and swallowed thus traveling from sinus back to intestines. Can be carried for upwards of 20 years. Very remote possibility, found out about it looking for globules in urine.
