I have taken thiamine(B complex) as prescribed by my Dr in the past and it did help.
Also, after a long night of drinking/partying...if you do any of that, it depletes b-12.

Thanks but im not doing so good. I think im bulimic because i binge on junk everyday and end up feeling bad until i purge most of it back up. I hate this, Im ashamed but I just cant stop. I get this empty feeling in my stomach that just keeps telling me to binge. It is so hard not to do it right now. I tried eating a normal portion of food earlier and i felt full after drinking some water but im feeling that urge agian and it's only been an hour..
