I also reported my complaint to my States Attorney General's Office, they issue a form to download.
I also filed a complaint with medicare fraud division. They pay for the explant.
As a Florida senior, I feel cheated. The implant business takes away your vision and your money.
Please tell others to file complaints at these agencies also.

In two days I will have the Restor lenses EXPLANTED!
I will also be filing a complaint to the FDA about the lenses, and I have requested that my former surgeon arbitrate my dispute.
