About Me: Female, 51, Garden City - GA, member since Oct 2008
I am a mother of 3 girls and a wife. I love to cook and travel. Back in my college days I did a lot of partying and street drugs but I was always able to somehow get away and did not think I had a problem. As I got older I was diagnosed with arthritis and back and knee ... [More] problems that cause severe pain. I took pain medication for many many years and it was those devil pills that finally took me down.I have been clean since 3/4/08 and always looking for alternatives to pain medication. I am looking forward to being a part of this support group and hope to get help and maybe help others if I can. [Less]

Drop by anytime.......we dont have a crowd yet! And you are most welcome to share both happiness and grief - - complain and vent if you need to - - It does help to have people that have been exactly where you are today - - and they are willing to chat or listen - - - and they dont judge.......who of us is really in a position to judge someone else? eagle
