[More]sfusions and another coming up. Riba reduced from 1200 a day to 600 after 4 weeks and still achieved UND. Breathing is hard and sleep at night and on weekends when not working. Hair falling out at 14 weeks. Losing a lot of hair. Lost 30 lbs so far but i needed to. Praying I will achieve SVR when all of this is done. UPDATED ending up having 5 transfusions during treatment. Still undetected 6 weeks EOT and my final pcr will be end of June. Feeling good, hair stopped falling out at 8 weeks EOT ( lost 75% ) and starting to slowly grow back. HGB is back to my normal range. Lost 42 lbs but have already gained back 7. I hope I can keep it off. On to SVR!
In your post, you said, "There are lots of studies about cannibas oil curing cancers and lots of other diseases. He is going that route after watching how sick I am on this treatment. Can't function, low hemoglobin and just sick all the time. Check out " run from the cure: its interesting to see what a plant can do to fix your body."
I am familiar with the Simpson (cannabis) oil for treating cancer and studies are looking hopeful. However HCV is a virus that cannot be stopped with plant therapy. (I went that route for 10 years and ended up with severe liver damage)
I urge him to look into the new drugs when they become available. He will have a much easier time than treating with the drugs you are on.
