Yes this progressive relaxation is very relaxing. In fact if one regularly practice for a long time, one can relax automatically. This can be a wonderful experience. After progressive relaxation, one can take a deep breath, and simultaneously tighten the body , wait for few seconds and then smile and exhale relaxing the hole body. This technique will also become automatic if one preactices. This is called Q.R (Queiting Refles) Book of150 pages was dedicated to this technique.I must have read it about 40 years back. Thanks you for reminding me my favorite subject.
Just a quick note to say hi darling Darla. I'm so sorry to hear you we're ill. Lol now back to the regular pain. Poor dear. Anyway its been getting better, except for today, but every endeavour comes with its setbacks. Putting in God's hands now and that's all I can do. Missed you and wondered where you went. Love, MsD
You deserve a big bear hug! Hi Darla, I got your note - 'test' worked. I called you a few days ago. I'll try again soon. Thank you so much for all your support through this incredibly difficult time. I see in a note to MsD you had the flu. I was wondering if, in your absence, you were sick. Hope you're feeling much better, honey. Big Hug! Love you...xoxo
