I saw on TV the incredible performance of Ms. Bright on the women's half pipe. It was awesome!
Hope you are well!
I see you saw the tree! :-)
This pool/geyser/whatever you want to call it, didn't smell bad. Some of the geysers there are absolutely awful smelling. They have names like "The Dragon's Mouth" and "Sulpher Pots". You can't bath in the geysers and pools in the park. I do not think you would want to. The warm water can breed some unusual types of bacteria. For the most part, I think the pools are much too hot to touch. Some people bath/swim in the river where the hot springs feed into the icy cold river water. I guess it could be quite comfortable if you find the right spot. It is all very beautiful.
Oh yeah! The sun is shining alright. I have been down in southern Georgia where it was 101 (that's 38.3 for you) degrees and 96% humidity! It's tough on a Rocky Mountain dweller.
Ha! Good for you. I am impressed that you have the will to take on university studies in addition to the regular cares of life! I am feeling alright now. I have been away on several business trips lately and really lost touch here. I hope you saw the tree I posted (mainly for you). I thought you'd get a kick out of it. Plus, the picture turned out really well with the colors in the minerals. Best wishes to you, future Rock Star!
