I'm Ness...a proud wife and mother. I'm also a worrywart. Diabetes, heart attacks, and high blood pressure run in my family so I ask a lot of questions because I want answers. I used to be a cardiology technician so I am no stranger to the medical field.
I love spending time with my family (they are the sunshine in my life). I'm a stay-at-home-mom with a knack for baking. I make the tastiest cakes and cookies...from scratch! I'm a very creative person who loves to read, write short stories, scrapbook, paint, and take photos. I enjoy good food, conversation, and I'm an avid movie-goer.
I have a lot of wonderful things going on in my life so I really cannot complain.
I'm open to discussions about stress and anxiety caused by a life-changing situation (ie divorce, losing a loved one, first home). I enjoy hearing tales of how other people found inner-strength to pull themselves through the tough times (its so inspirational). (IM NO STRANGER TO ANXIETY). ;)
Also, does anyone else suffer from terribe sinus headaches/allergies? If so, would like to compare symptoms.
I read your post about the temperal headache and i also read one about stomach issues and anxiety. R u still having issue's? if so, that sounds like a thyramine intolorence or to make more sense, a food intolorence. If you have stomach issues like IBS and Migranes you can google it and get better info if u like. the anxious feeling would be coming from your stomach. alot of doctors get that one backwards. i have had severe anxiety and when i treated my stomach properly, it cleared all my other symptoms. Dont know if you needed that info but just trying to help, good luck.
