Just a quick note to say hi!I had this also but with swelling and sometimes angina pain, a test by Dr Peter Julu on a Neoroscope showed i have Disautonomia, where the parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous system isnt working properly. can give more info if needed
I have asked my doctors over the past 7 years these same questions and they don't really ever want to acknowledge a relationship between food and symptoms, they just want to treat the symptom. I have found that when I eat spicier foods and/or overeat I always go into atrial fibrillation and my blood pressure/eetc. increases. I've tried over the past few years to eat smaller meals and less spicy foods and it helps somewhat, I hope this helps.
