I read your last post and want you to know that family members (close friends) coming down with symptoms, like you have is very common, I would like to think it was something in your house that you could fix, but most likely your wife is experience mild anxiety like yourself. before I moved to California, back in Omaha, my sister would have to come and get me sometimes because I was experiencing Panic Attacks and less then 6 months latter she experienced her first panic attack, our bodies need to release whatever it is that is stressing us and most likely your wife has seen you in this mode of anxiety and it can imprint on ones mind. even though I have had PA and anxiety for a number of years, my sister only had 2 in 3 months then never again.
Thank you for answering my message. I will try what you suggested.
Hopefully I can overcome this, and help someone else in the future. There sure are a lot of anxiety sufferers out there.
Have a nice, anxiety free weekend!
