Mood: mommyandwife
is feeling slightly better today *fingers crossed*
About Me: Female, 25, Northern - CA, member since Nov 2008
I am a mom to two girls and I have been married for two and a half years now.  After my second baby I started out with what doctors were calling a back strain, but I never did anything specific to cause an injury.  Eight months later I am still dealing with a whole new ... [More] range of symptoms: aches, pains, numbness.  It has become rather disabling because I couldn't even lift my kids and could no longer work.  I am off now and doing a little bit better since I don't have to push myself to the max anymore.  Hopefully we can get this all figured out.
I have already tried a multitude of medicines and doctors treat me disrespectfully because I'm sure it's hard for them to fathom the amount of pain one can experience UNTIL it happens to YOU. [Less]

You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. I'm also enclosing a big bear hug, so that you may find comfort within it's arms. Please accept this as my Christmas gift unto you. Merry Christmas

Just a quick note to say hi! You do what you feel is right. They will either call or not. That's all we can do. I have a sister back east. She never liked me and is very unwell. She is taking care of my dad, my mother passed away in 2005. I call all the time and it goes to voicemail. My father doesn't even know how to use voicemail so he doesn't even know I call. The sad thing is he is often all alone, she leaves him all the time but she doesn't want him on the phone with me. She is so insanely jealous. Here I am 3000 miles away from him, his memory is going, he is in his late 80's and he won't be with us much longer and she won't even allow me to talk to him. But I still call. So you do your best, that's all you can do. But always remember to take care of yourself and your health.
