15 months ago i was a fit 69 kilos of mussel i ate healthy i worked out in the gym 4 to 5 times a week at my own time and i train 2 nights a week for 2 hours for boxing and i do a lot of jogging an running iv was never as fit and i ate healthy blueberries and porridge f
[More]or breakfast and a salad for lunch and a stack dinner with 4 types of vegables and 1 potato i really turned my life around and then i started to get pains in my stomach just before my musters boxing compactions after i trained so hard for it was my first fight and no i never got punched in the stomach and i am trying so hard 2 get my life back after it has been turned up side down i tried going back training but the pain in my left side gets worse and both sides of my stomach would be very sore
