Just a quick note to say hi! Soozie, Yes, I can believe that you started back on these. How many times do you think i quit? swore them off? Determined to stay on my prescribed does so I wouldn't have withdrawal by months end? Indeed, this is a hideous drug. You may be right and I hope the worst is over for you now/soon. Don't be shy about posting on Emily's site. Other people can benefit from your struggles and victories Soozie. We do KNOW one another in regard to this addiction. Stay close. Fred

Just a quick note to say hi! Soozie, Yeah, it sounds like your drastic "taper" from a "whole lot" to one or two pills/day is a lot like the thing I did . Here is the really GOOD news. Once you take your last pill, you will be DONE with the withdrawal in 3-4 days. I have written a GREAT DEAL about the counting of pills, the monthly withdrawl I went through month after month as I would run out of pills. This drug is hiddeous. And if you haven't done so yet, you REALLY need to copy and past the following web address into your browser/search window and come on over to EmilyPost's website, cause you will find SOOO may other folks with EXACTLY the same complaints you are experiencing right now. http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/20035 Fred

Just a quick note to say hi! Soozie, I got your note and tried sending you one back, though not sure whethre or not it got to you. I would strongly suggest that you go to http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/20035 - which is a site strictly devoted to TRAMADOL addiction/withdrawing from, etc. There are some fantastic posts Personally, I would start cold turkey right now, especially if from what I gather, you need to beback to work on Monday. You'll just have time to beat this B4 then, but there is no getting around how difficult it will be.
