I've had back problems with severe degeneration for almost 10 years now; 2 back surgeries under my belt now. The picture displayed is 2 yrs old. Before my last surgery, the L5/S1 was rubbing bone on bone.
Sorry to hear that. I don't know what keeps happning when i go to my journal i get a http 500 error and i cant even read anything people are posting. I am ok, i am fighting the urge im sure you know how that goes. because i know all i have to do is take one and the headache will go away but i went and got some tention headache bayre. hope they help. take care of you. talk to you soon. sassy
