I was just diagnosed with a PFO, (one of a slew of health problems to add to my basket of "OH CRAP"); and EVERYTHING you listed as symptoms are symptoms that I have had! I knew this was all connected! I've been sick for 16 years with an "auto immune disease" that is idiopathic, and the one thing I learned VERY QUICKLY was that doctors "practice" medicine, and that I need to be, and ALWAYS WILL BE my OWN best advocate. Even the people in my life who love me and "try" to support me get what I call "emotional fatigue". It's hard to be around someone who is ALWAYS sick. I must tell you that staying positive under such circumstances is VITAL to your well being and survival. It has been for me. Let me know if there is anything I can do.:)
I just read your symptoms listed from your PFO and I have the same symptoms. I have had a stroke but lost my health insurance when I lost my job. I will not even see a cardio until February which makes me angry. I had insurance I paid for for YEARS! I can not help I lost my job! I have a small child and I have been dealing with symptoms for about 8 months. Each day is getting harder to suck it up and get through! I have not felt my left side in those 8 months. I hope you have found resolution to your issue I noticed your post is from last year.
I just got diagnosed with a pfo and have had several similar symptoms that you describe! I am supposed to have my pfo closed and am just beginning to find out all about this.... Any more knowledge that you have found out would be greatly appreciated!
