I had my H1N1 shot and my Seasonal Flu shot in October on the first day (or maybe it was the 2nd day) they were available where I live :) I'm glad to hear that you're getting your shot soon! I'm sure you've heard already, but just to prepare you, the H1N1 shot hurts a LOT more then the regular flu shot at the injection site (afterward I mean)... mine hurt for about 3 days, and most of my family and friends said the same thing although I know some people that said 2 days and some people that said a week... but, a little arm pain for a few days is worth not getting the flu! :) I hope it goes well!
Hi!! I get the B12 shots about once every week. It is 1mLs every week. :) The doctor does the injections. I have had them done before when I was younger, but then switched to the pills because it was easier then going in to the doctor every week. But, I've been extra tired these days since I've had a chest cold, and thought that the shots might be useful until my energy levels are back up. :)
