I am 45 Years old. Had Total Knee Replacement December 2008. Desperately seeking info on eleviating scar tissue problems limiting my range of motion. PT is killing me. Manipulation scares me. Can use cpm and have 120 degree bend then five minutes after I am off the mach
[More]ine, can't hardly bend it at all. My surgeon says that is impossible that once you have the bend, it should stay but it doesn't. Had xrays and the mechanics of the implant are fine. Can walk without assistance most of the time. Still have a small limp and have to use my cane after therapy for the rest of that day. I feel my therapy is to aggressive and wonder if it has to be to the level of strapping me to a table with my leg in bent position. Any advise from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
