I like to go into my "hole" as I call it... it's my dark place where there's no light at the end of the tunnel. After seeing my husband handle stress, I realized I didn't know how- thus leading to depression. The genetic predisposition doesn't help either... So, I am seeking help. I feel and hope that I am an amazing woman in the end. I have learned from my parents mistakes while probably making a few they made. And I'm a helper- if anyone needs help- I'll be there. Sometimes a little too much, but everyone deserves a helper.
Mostly, I'm just trying to figure out me. And make me the best me I can be...
