I was born with Spina Bifida Menegocele. Am now 38, living in my own apt with my cat whom I adore. I love God, my family and my church family. I have only a couple of people close enough for me to call friend because the word friend is not just a casual word that I thro
[More]w around lightly.
I tend to be shy and it is hard for me to always open up but, once you get to know me, you will find that I am a nice person and extremely loyal.
I have always had health issues but in the past six months I have had four major diagnosis that has turned my world upside-down. And I am trying to learn how to cope with the new symptoms, doctors and everything that comes along with it all. Head swimming right now.
Just a quick note to say hi!
I am so like you. My cats are such a comfort to me as you describe. I feel the same way regarding the use of the word "friend." My friends are few, but I trust them and feel supported by them. I tend to be private about my feelings - physical and emotional. I hope you have someone in your life - female most likely - who really knows you.
