[More] body. this was treated with physical therapy, no surgery suggested or scheduled for anytime unless i become unable to move. my uterus became full of fibroid cysts leading to a full hystorectomy. my eyesight changed, found cataract leading to surgery on right eye. suffered a TIA which lead to almost two years of trial and error meds to get my heart rate, blood pressure and cholesteral (which was found to be high) under control. next was stomach/intestinal issues that lead to a finding and treatment of h-pylori. once that was taken care of the real intestinal problems surfaced and was diagnosed IBS but was really a non-functioning gall bladder. up until this point my bowel movements had been erractic and most of the time easy, daily, and soft stool (talking 2-3 years time frame). now gall bladder removed, feel like a new person except that my bowel movements have now become extremely hard, lots of straining to get a little to move. wears me out so i only push the issue only every couple of days is necessary. i have been on a high fiber, low fat diet since the heart issues 3 years ago. i've tried psyllum but this had an affect on my heart med and it really didn't work all that much better. i am at my ropes end and not sure where to turn next, i.e. what doc to see next, as i maybe have a hernia or slight blockage since the gall bladder surgery and all the straining i have to do for a bowel movement. i do keep a good relationship with my primary care but don't want to appear too much like a hypocondriac. i really, really was in good health before all this. exercise, diet, the whole bit. while every thing that has been done has been an improvement i am worried of what the next fix may lead to.
