i cough, way too much. i over-think the most trivial of issues way too much as well. they're somehow related, i don't know how. i've not had a proper break in more than half a decade and now, i can't even enjoy the things i used to do. i don't know how to rest. that jus

hi try not to let it upset you, deep down we know what anxiety can do to us. pain felt in the heart is not heart related!!! did you know that? my doctor told me. hope your feeling better too try and keep smiling :-)
You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today.I can totally relate to what you are talking about the same thing happens all the time, the meds the doctor gave have made my life worth living again, it got so bad I didnt want to leave the house in fear I would have a attack outside of my own home and then what would I do the meds have been such a blessing I don't know what i would have done without them I can work leave the house and lead a pretty normal life please feel free to vent anytime lyerhc
