You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today.
Hey Laurie, good to hear from you, gee im sorry, i really thought your depression would of lifted by now. Im glad your hanging in there. Looks like its going to take a while longer for both of us, dont worry, my other friends are still struggling as well. So at least we are all feeling this together, im expecting a big change when i hit 2 yrs as others have said.
Please look after yourself, im so proud of you, i dont get to see you on much anymore, thats ok, i just miss you.
Love you lots my wonderful friend xoxo
Oh great, glad you got the krill oil, just remember it may take a couple weeks to work, but it might not take that long too. Maybe start taking 1000mg for the first month or two and see how you go. Did you buy the 500mg or 1000mg ? Also i take 2000mg of vitamin D a day, because this also helps depression and energy levels. Im sorry your still feeling so aweful, just be cautious, i found tapering anti dep to be worse than any other withdrawal, but another great thing to help ease withdrawal is krill oil, they help stop the brain zaps. Mind you, i tapered almost 200mg off effexor in 2 weeks, which was just stupid. Hold tight my dear friend xx
