yes i agree....we often push away exactly that which will help us break out of our conditioned ruts----we are afraid and get protective----but of what? Hello I have been very anxious for about a month taking. 25 xanax about every 4to6 hr anxietys better but no appatite at all lost 20 lbs when I eat a little stomach churned gas bloating would appreciate any thoughts you have. Thanks
