Thanks for the note. I am doing great and so happy. It's still hard for me to believe I really have a sticky one this time, but my big tummy tells me it's true! Nervous about the amnio, but feel confident I made the right decision. Now I just want it over and done with. How are you doing? I am terrible these days for keeping in touch, but am thinking about you! Amanda
Just a note to say hi! That is great that you joined YMCA! My problem is nighttime snacking.Here is a couple tricks that I learned. First make some vegetables and dip.I use fatfree sour cream and Hidden Valley dip mix in packet. During the day if you want a snack there you go! I Always keep suckers or sugar free hard candy in a cupboard if I want something sweet Keep sugar free Jello and pudding in the fridge for desserts.
Breakfast=1 egg,2 slices turkey bacon,1 toast (I use nonstick spray butter) and coffee/ tea.
Lunch=small salad with 4 ozs chicken and (olive oil,balsamic vinegar with a pinch of salt)
Dinner= 4-6 ozs any kind of lean meat,a vegatable(no potatoes or corn!) and a large salad.Eat jello for dessert
I always treat myself 1x a week with dessert
Hello!! I had to laugh when I read your post about riding rollercoasters! For I was TTCing last month and I deliberately didn't do anything too physical...I had wanted to go to an amusement park outside of my city just for fun, because I haven't gone since I was young and I love rollercoasters:) But I changed my mind, in case I was pregnant!
