Just a quick note to say hi! Sorry I have not been in contact for a while had a few life changing moments since we last chatted. Oct last year was admitted to hospital suffering from a mini stroke, Dec saw the birth of our second grandson with all the ramafications of running around like a headless chicken, Then just when you think your getting there big time had finally got to nearly 10 Kms wham, another heart attack in April sent me back into the Coronary Care / Cardiac UNit for 5 days and now I am starting all over again. I do hope you are keeping well, and still enjoying your expeditions.
Just a quick note to say hi! and see how things are going with you, I do hope that everying is OK. I am starting to get more fitter than I have been in a long time. I managed to do 5.5 Km's walking the other day in just under the hour. which is brill for me . I am hoping to try and make this my routine for every morning, except those days that I go to cardio rehab gym. With a bit of luck I will be able to enter next years BHF brecon Beacons walk / hike. A thirteen mile walk in the mountains in aid of the BHF.
Keep smiling, hope your wife is all OK as well
Regards
Paul
Hi George thank you for the kind words of encourgment.
What more can anyone say, live life tothe full the best way you can, once again you are my inspiration. One day, maybe one day I will be able to follow in just some of your footsteps re walking and trekking around the world. But for now I have my own small hills to climb both in reality and metaphorically speaking. May I wish you continued good health and the ability to keep on going for as long as possible.
Best wishes
Paul
