Hi, Kelli!
Thanks for checking in! I've actually had 2 ultrasounds! The first one was 2 weeks ago to check on the baby, and we saw the yolk sac and fluttering heart (but they could not date me). The following week I had another and we saw the fetus which was 7 weeks/2 days old :-). Now I will have 2 wait 4 weeks for my next visit, but all is well. The nausea gets to me every now and then, but nothing that a bit of seltzer water and bananas can't handle. I'm so glad to hear that you're getting better after the infection! It sounds like we are making much better progress than our last pregnacies!
I'm SO GLAD you're better! I was wondering about you, and your 'unwell' mood kinda scared me. I am so happy to hear that it wasn't ectopic. I am angry that doctors will scare women into thinking their babies are not doing well. They should keep their mouths hushed until they have evidence. Anyway, I am doing better with the dizziness. Only slight nausea and soreness still. I am also eating like a wild animal (had 1/2 pint of ice cream last night after dinner!). I am going in for an ultrasound tomorrow to confirm that everything is in the right place. I hope to hear a heartbeat...will keep you posted!! :-)
Hi, Kelli!!
I just wanted to check in with you to see how your symptoms have progressed. I've gotten used to the cramps, sore bb's, and only slight nausea. I had a milk shake earlier this week, and that was the most nausea I've had to date. I'm beginning to think that milk products are the cause. Anywho, I've had a 2nd beta HCG at about 24 days past O, and it was 3558! I'm sooo glad that after my blighted Ovum in Jan09, there is a little normalcy. My first appt. is scheduled for 4/2/09 (7-8 weeks). I pray that all continues to go well for the both of us. Stay in touch!
Doc says Dec 7, but according to the pregnancy tracker bub is due Dec 11?! Will know more when I have my next ultrasound, bub is still very small at the moment :)
