Hi, thanks for the invite. Wish you best of luck on your recovery. Tips on getting rid of cigarettes: When the craving arises, go slow. Bear the pain. Dont give in to the wants. Talk to a friend on phone, email, write out till it subsides. If negativities like anger, frustration creep up, then keep an MP3 player handy. Start listening to songs.
