I've definitely had migraines, felt like my head was going to split open. It doesn't feel heavy though, actually more lightheaded like the blood drains from it, and dizzy, but I think thats the anxiety just making it worse. I haven't had one in a few weeks though (knock on wood). Now I'm having random shooting pains and chest pains, I think I have poor circulation which of course I'm obsessing about. I went to the doctor on Monday and got some blood tests done, but they take a week. Just trying to keep my mind off things till then.....one of the things I've been doing to calm myself down when I'm feeling panicky is to remind myself how I was sure I was dying the day before, or the week before, etc and the fact that I'm still here proves something!
No problem, it definitely helps to get it all out to people who understand what I'm going through. I have great friends, but they don't suffer from anxiety and its very hard to explain without sounding like a crazy person. I hope you feel better too, we just have to remember its mind over matter, and even though it doesn't seem like it, we're completely in control, even though it doesn't feel like it! :)
