I am an obese mother of 2. I have chronic hives and I do not love myself very much because of my body. When I got married 4 1/2 years ago, I was 130 pounds. I thought then that I was fat, what has happened to me? I vow to lose this weight, no matter what it takes. And I

[More] wonder to myself if losing my excess weight will help my hives at all. I quit smoking a month and a half ago (yay me). I am going to be tracking my caloric intake and my exercise routines. So far I'm doing a lot of biggest loser workouts, tae bo, kathy smith, and other little things here and there. I would be healthiest at 120, but I will love myself for getting to 130. My chart's a bit messed up, I hope I finally fixed my scale, it is reading 164.5 as of Wednesday, March 18 2009. Prior to that it kept giving me very static readings of 169 or 162....very odd. If my scale stays static again, I will purchase another (my husband weighed our obese dog, and they went over the 330 weight limit, and I'm pretty sure there is sprocket sprung or something). I mean, I know I'm fat, but you can't tell me that somebody cannot change even a decimal point just from day to day eating (going up) or exercising (going down)....not humanly possible. So, we'll start with 164.5, I will buy a new scale next week if I don't even change a decimal, then I will update my journals to reflect a new scale reading. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. So, the over all goal of mine is to lose AT LEAST 30 pounds, preferrable 44 pounds. If you have any suggestions, let me know. If you are in the same boat as me, we can help each othr paddle to the end of this river! So, let's get this party started!
