Just a quick note to say hi! It should, as it will take a lot of stress out of you and if you have it depression. I remember when I had to put Kipper my beloved cat to sleep. I was in bad shape and went to the gym. It got me through a terrible day. Stay in touch!

Just a quick note to say hi! Just make sure the doctor says its okay before hitting the gym, and be sure not to break any records the first few weeks or months.
