Hi T.M. you can order d-phenylalanine from www.iherb.com or www.seacoastvitamins.com. iHerb is the cheaper supplier. The dose used in the pain control studies is 5grams & this seems to be the most effective dose for me. Best of luck with it.
.5 mg of Klonopin is still enough that you'll need to cut it very slowly and carefully or you'll have really scary bad withdrawal. The method they use to cut is 10% every 7-14 days. I'm glad your Doctor wants to supervise you while you detox. That's really good news. :D
Well yes, I do think it is too soon to do a Klonopin taper. I am not sure how many milligrams you are on of Klonopin? It's unclear ... But yes, I'd wait to feel a little better before adding another taper. It's not easy in any way to taper off Klonopin. Benzos are very dangerous. But I also know that you're gonna do what you want to do. So you have my support D
Your friend, Emily :D
