As you can see you are not unique by having anxiety attacks.Try these simple aids, Meditation, Relaxation, Yoga. Just sitting quietly & controling your breathing may help too. I have had good days and bad. Went to the doctors on monday and they said I look healthy and said I had a mild case of anxiety. Actually, said that they have seen a bunch of cases in the past 6 months. They put me on a low dose of sertraline. I will have one really good day and the next day will be terrible where I feel short of breath all day. All in all, I feel better than I did. How about you? Hope things are going well.
I hear what you are saying. I made an appointment to see my doctor, but he can't see me for a month. I feel better after seeing this website and knowing that what I am feeling isn't waaaaaaay out there and that I can beat anxiety. I still stuggle with it all day, but I tell myself I will make it through it. Spoke with my wife about it the other night and she remembers a few weeks ago when I had an attack and what triggered it. It's been a few weeks since then, so this a by far the longest I've had to deal with these issues on an everyday bases. How have you been doing? Have you seen a doctor or therapist?
