I consider myself on mild side of a POTS/OI/CFS sort of thing. I consistently have big rise in pulse on standing, other symptoms come and go (sometimes very bad, usually mildish). At times, lightheaded constantly & can hardly walk around. Reduce those a bit with really steady hydration, loads of salt, some "electrolyte" drinks or additives. Fludrocortisone might have helped too... not sure. Overall fatigue (mental & physical) is main gripe... though I push through it as best I can (even exercising in solid spurts). Have to work around the weather/temperature issues a lot. It helps to exercise when I can, like in evenings, but it does result in more mental clouding in following days (whereas most people say exercise clears the mind)!
