Hi there, just a quick note to say that I have managed to improve my pms by about 90%! Long story short I had all the nasty symptoms and then one month I didn't, and the only thing I had done differently was have yoghurt with my cereal every morning for a month, so the next month I didn't have the yoghurt and pms was back!! This month I've had it everyday again and it's the best I have felt for years!! I buy the sachets of yoghurt and make it at home. I know it sounds too simple but it works so well for me! I'd tried everything else; I eat well, I exercise daily, I take vitamins and omega but none of it helped. I hope you'll give it a try, it's so easy and you've got nothing to lose! Fiona
