I live in PA and work in a social service agency. My husband passed away a year and a half ago from lung cancer and my mom passed away this April with metatstatic cancer. It's been a long, lonely stressful couple of years. I have a beautfiul daughter recently married
[More] and trying to have children. My hobbies are golf in the summer, crafts, and reading in the snow months.
I visit the heart arrythmia postings a lot because I suffer from palpitations a lot. I also visit the cancer forums because of my family right now.
I didn' knows you had other things. So sorry to hear that. Your heart palpitations have got to be from all thats going on. You have to take care of yourself and go out as much as possible. The best therapy is being around friends. Don't stay secluded. You need to keep yourself busy.
No wonder you have palpitations, look what you went through. I've had them for years and if anything was wrong I'd be dead by now. I go to a heart specialists once a year just for a check up. All my tests come back fine every time. He told me to cut out the caffeine and he was right. I still get them but not as often. Stay away from all caffeine. Noone loves coffee more then me and it was hard in the beginning but I did it. Try that and try to think good thoughts. I know it's easy to say but when you need to talk just write. If you live alone I can understand the loneliness. I feel so bad for you. How is your health otherwise?
