Hiya. I have IBS , but thank goodness, not crohns. The only thing that seems to help the chest pain
is not moving much and pain medication. I also make sure I only sleep with one pillow so I am not
torquing my body. I aso might be starting Imuran soon.

Wanted to see how you are doing. I have lupus and am having the same chest symptoms as you. I don't understnd why it gets so much worse at night. I go to sleep every night wondering if my heart is going to stop or go into arrest.
I don't feel anxious, it is just very painful. Let me know what you have found out. I am about to start Imuran.
